My wasteline may have shrunk!

So, in my second post, I was complaining about how bad my job with the paper was. Well, something good is starting to finally come out of it. This morning when I was delivering papers, I felt like my pants were going to fall off near the end of the route. That's never happened before, and combined with the fact that I wore my belt as tightly as possible, I figured that might mean that my waistline has been shrinking. So, I figured I must have lost weight, but when I went to weigh myself, I still weighed 195 lbs. My guess is that maybe I'm gaining more muscle in certain parts of my body and burning fat, but then it could also be all in my head.

I think I should also point out that my New Year's resolution was to drop to 180 lbs. I used to weigh 210 lbs., but when I cut myself down to 3 meals a day without any snacks between meals, I found that I easily lost 15 lbs. But I felt hungry constantly when I did, so I didn't do that for long. Now I'm just trying to eat healthy and try to get the nutrients I need in my diet. My dad left for Florida to visit relatives, so without him around I have been eating a lot better. I know that's probably an awful thing to say, but it's true, whenever he was around, he always influenced my eating decisions badly. That's also a reason for me to move out of my parent's house, as well, since the person I want to live with eats super healthy, and she could probably teach me a thing or two about proper nutrition. I think with her help I can reach my weight goals a lot easier. But for now I'll take advantage of this absence of fatty, unnutritional food I've been eating and see if that also helps. I hope that it does.
